Farming Connect is a high profile, integrated project which supplies focused training, support and advice, delivered through a pan-Wales programme of knowledge transfer activities, specialist advice and support for innovation. A key objective is to increase the emphasis on business-focused behaviour, therefore, improving profitability, competitiveness and environmental performance of farm, forestry and food businesses in Wales.Farming Connect is funded through Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014 - 2022, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government.To deliver one to one on farm clinics to Farming Connect registered businesses who express an interest across Wales.We are looking for specialists to deliver clinics on the following topics:Soils Clinic – to comprise of 5 standard (PH, P & K) soil samples, of which 3 will be tested for bulk density and organic matter for 0 – 30cm depth. The test to be use is the NRM Soil – Carbon Check. Each carbon sample will need to have GPS points with What Three Words.Each clinic will require a clinic report to be provided to each business in relation to the results of the samples, including the list of co-ordinates for the carbon samples.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=123105.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
