The Food and Drink sector in Wales is varied, with many roles that contribute to the success of the industry in Wales. We are aware that certain sectors within the industry such as Butchery, Seafood and Food Technology have been finding it difficult to recruit and retain new people to pursue careers in these areas for a number of years, and we are keen to ascertain the current situation in Wales across all of the sectors within the Food and Drink industry.
