The objective of this work is to provide an update to the Rural Land Market Insights Report 2022 by analysing and reporting on activity within Scotland’s rural land market and providing an accurate picture of landowner, buyer, and seller motivations during the 2022 calendar year.
The findings of this research should be compared with last year’s research to provide a comment on emerging trends.
