The North Wales Rivers Trust (NWRT) is a river restoration charity covering the rivers and lakes of Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy, and Denbighshire. In June NWRT installed a large 330 m2 floating wetland at Llyn Maelog, NW Anglesey, as part of a long-term project to reduce eutrophication and associated algae blooms. A part of the project, NWRT are seeking external technical assistance to understand the zooplankton community beneath the wetland. The contract is to collect 10 freshwater zooplankton trawls at Llyn Maelog, Anglesey, and identify the zooplankton species from these samples zooplankton species.
