The company H factor Datblyadiau Cyf (HFactor) have secured a Welsh European Funding Office grant to assist with the installation of renewable energy technologies throughout South Wales. The grant support enables the cost-effective installation of renewable technologies to help with the de- carbonisation of Wales. This is a unique opportunity for customers to convert a significant proportion of the energy consumed by their buildings into low carbon electricity and reducing the total cost of electricity to the buildings.Delivering against the ERDF Priority Axis 3 for West Wales Valleys (WWV) This project will focus on three key areas;• To increase the number of small scale renewable energy schemes established.• Supporting the Shift to a low-carbon economy in all sectors• Promoting the production and distribution of energy derived from renewable sources.H Factor have created an Operational Management Board (OMB) to deliver the project AMV Energy Worx. We will work in collaboration with communities, schools and building owners and statutory and non – statutory organisations.2. Consultants BriefWe wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake amonitoring and evaluation programme for the project. The evaluation is will runfrom the March 2023 – 30/06/2023, the period under evaluation is 20/11/2020 to 30/6/2023.In the first instance the successful consultant (with assistance from project staff) will designa monitoring and evaluation framework.
