We are seeking a partner agency to work with us collaboratively on a brand identity and positioning exercise designed to improve the consistency of the presentation of the brand and increase awareness of the University and its distinctive offer externally with the goal of becoming more relevant to target markets, more competitive and more recognisable.We require a full service agency to take a considered and consultative approach to the development of a new brand strategy for the University to cover multiple audience types and outline a clear strategy for sub-brands. The agency appointed will be required to develop strong bilingual (Welsh and English) brand concepts, as well as associated visuals, messaging and content which can be adapted to serve a number of key target audiences, including:Prospective students – UG and PG - homeProspective students UG and PG – internationalProspective staffInternal – staff and studentsStudents studying with international academic partnersCorporate (e.g. partners, funding bodies, Welsh Government, business and industry)The successful agency will be expected to understand that this must be a whole-university project where everyone has the opportunity to be involved. In order to arrive at an authentic, yet aspirational, positioning statement and brand identity, the agency must build in time to undertake meaningful and ongoing engagement with the student community, including the Students’ Union, staff at all levels of the organisation, senior management and the Board of Governors, high schools, academic partners, as well as other local and regional stakeholders, and to work closely with key staff from the University’s Marketing and Recruitment Directorate as well as other key departments throughout all stages of the project.The indicative Targeted contract dates will commence on 9th January 2023 until 5th May 2023 (which is subject to confirmation)NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=126100.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
