description
Energy Saving Trust requires an experienced research agency (“the supplier”) to complete approximately 2,200 telephone interviews with householders supported by HES advice. Approximately 550 interviews shall be completed during each one of four phases of interviewing, between 3 and 6 months after a householder has been advised. This opportunity will be an open procedure advertised on the Public Contracts Scotland Portal and selection of a bidder shall be in accordance with the Energy saving Trust's procurement procedures. The contract will commence in August 2023.
