Energy Saving Trust requires an experienced research agency (“the supplier”) to carry out approximately 400 telephone interviews with householders supported by the specialist renewables advice service, and 60 telephone interviews with landlords/letting agents supported by the private sector landlord advice service (460 interviews in total).
