The Scottish Government on behalf of Scottish Ministers wishes to procure an Education Specialist to assist with the design and building of a new International Development Education Programme providing support to Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda, and support in tendering out a contract for Service Providers to deliver the new programme in the three partner countries. This programme will be funded under the Scottish Government’s International Development Fund.
