To provide Utility Audit & Advice Services for the A9 Dualling Programme: Northern Section. Services shall include:
- Undertake a Process Audit and Report on Findings,
- Assist with Scoping of Advance and Main Utilities Works,
- Review Draft Employers Requirements and Specification,
- Provide Works Estimates,
- Progress Meetings Attendance,
- Develop a Route-wide Programme,
- Technical Meetings with Utility Providers; and
