The Development Management, Road Safety and Active Travel Support Service (DMRSATSS) Framework provides a dedicated and specialist consultancy support service to Transport Scotland (TS). This support enables Transport Scotland to discharge the duties of Scottish Ministers in their role as a statutory consultee to the planning process under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008. Furthermore, it supports the delivery of the Scottish Government’s Casualty Reduction Targets as set out in the Road Safety Framework to 2030.
