This notice is to accept the quote from Virgin Media for the diversion of their apparatus at the junction of Yarm Back Lane/Darlington Back Lane Junction in preparation for the forthcoming highway works to construct a traffic signalised junction. An order is required in a timely manner to ensure works can potentially be undertaken during the summer holidays when traffic flows are expected to be lighter.
