Northfield School - Courtyard Infill/Toilet Block

Procurement of a contractor to build the Courtyard Infill/Toilet Block at Northfield School.

The new toilet block to be constructed will provide dedicated facilities for Year 11 students. This will alleviate pressure on existing facilities, improve safeguarding, and support better behaviour management during unstructured times.

Various options considered location and practicalities of access. The solution agreed, is in an area of school with fewer toilets. This will infill an existing courtyard to provide 23 additional toilets, this number included 2 ambulant w.c's and 1 unisex accessible w.c.
