Employer of Record Services for International Employees

The contract was awarded for the provision of Employer of Record (EOR) services to support the engagement and employment of international employees in jurisdictions where Ordnance Survey does not have a legal employing entity. The services included the onboarding, employment administration, payroll processing, benefits administration, tax and statutory compliance, and offboarding of employees, together with associated HR and employment support. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with applicable local employment legislation and regulatory requirements in the relevant countries. The contract provides for the ongoing supply of these services for international employees engaged by Ordnance Survey during the contract term.
