Supply of Outplacement Services

Ordnance Survey has awarded a contract for the provision of outplacement services to support employees affected by organisational change. The services provide career transition support, including career coaching, CV and application guidance, interview preparation, job search assistance, access to online career development resources, and related employability support. The contract enables Ordnance Survey to offer professional and confidential assistance to employees during periods of workforce change, helping individuals explore and secure future employment opportunities. Services will be called off on an as-required basis throughout the contract term.
