Invitation to tender for leadership and development services .

We are seeking a facilitator and training partner to work in collaboration to co-create and deliver a comprehensive programme with us over the coming 12 months.

It is intended that the programme of leadership and team development that initially works with Directors and subsequently with their direct reports (currently 21 people)

It is essential that the programme which is suitable for cascade throughout the organisation and embraces the concept of leadership at all levels. The programme is one part of a process of change towards greater clarity of purpose, greater cohesion, and ultimately exceptional delivery.

Facilitated alongside the Managing Director, we are seeking a partner to deliver a comprehensive programme of development. The programme will include work to update FX Plus mission and values as well as the creation of connected operational plans that deliver success for both University partners.
