Bassetlaw District Council is strengthening leadership at all levels to support ongoing transformation. To do this, we are investing in developing current and aspiring leaders through a Leadership and Talent Academy. The programme will build core supervision and management capability, provide practical tools for leading diverse teams and managing complexity, and equip participants to respond confidently tochange - helping to improve organisational resilience and service delivery.
