We are looking for a valuation platform that offers the following services:
Specification:
| • | Quarterly valuations of a portfolio of up to 200 start-up companies on a three-year service. |
| • | Ability to amend cashflow forecasts to see effect of valuation. |
| • | Ability to download bespoke reports for each company. |
| • | Valuation methodology must be credible and include standard industry techniques for start-up valuations including: |
| o | Scorecard |
| o | Discounted Cash Flow |
| o | Venture Capital |
| o | Falmouth Investment Team should have ability to adjust weightings of valuation factors to reflect internal sentiment. |
