Lot 1 - Enforcement & Debt Collection Agency Services, including;

- oCouncil Tax
- oNational Non-Domestic Rates
- oBusiness Improvement District Scheme (BIDS) Levy
- oCivic Traffic Enforcement Penalties
- oDebt Collection Agency
- oOverpaid housing benefit debts
- oSundry Debts
Lot 2 - Second Referral Cases, covering;
- oSecond Referrals for a number of cases for Enforcement Agent Collection Services for unpaid;
- oCouncil Tax
- oNational Non-Domestic Rates
