Summary Overview

The University of Exeter (UOE) wishes to install (up to 3-5) new Office spaces within the first floor open plan spaces in the Research Hall Wing of the ESI building.

This will include stud and partition work and removal of old walls and waste, as well as the installation of new dado rails, power and data. Each office should also provide Lighting in line with the rest of the building.

Finishes of Doors and partitions should match rest of building, unless agreed by the client.

There is existing power and data in the rooms which may or may not be utilised dependent upon a site survey. Any power and data services not required should not be cut but coiled up and stored accordingly for possible use in the future.

Each Office will house one user / staff member and each Office user will require two power and data with an additional fitting of 2 power and data for future use.

The works must fit in and complement the existing building works.

We would expect the supplier to visit the site and in discussion with the client to fully propose the most optimum solution based on the information in this Invitation to Tender and the space as seen.
