Undertaking Food Hygiene Inspections

The scope of this contract is to undertake Category A to E food hygiene inspections on behalf of Bournemouth Borough Council and the Borough of Poole (\"the Council\").

The scope of the contract also includes Category A to E food hygiene inspections on behalf of Borough of Poole. The Borough of Poole currently deliver food hygiene inspections in house but are likely to access this contract during peak periods for inspections where there is not staff availability.

Bournemouth Council will require the supplier to undertake up to 800 inspections a year but the Council does not guarantee any number of inspections. The Borough of Poole may require the supplier to undertake around 100 inspections a year. The Council does not guarantee this number of inspections and it may also be more.

The scope only includes the inspection of the business and not the follow up enforcement work.
