The Council is seeking the services of a supplier to deliver Employers Agent services for 8-14 Prince of Wales Road, Bournemouth BH4 9HE and 129-139 Princess Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9HG.

The project at these sites is to deliver a series of multi-story blocks of one, two and three bedroom apartments (estimated at 120no. total); a 20-room family hostel with associated communal facilities; parking and external works. The estimated build value is £15M.
