This contract is for the development and management of Transport for London's Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
This contract has the overall aim of delivering greater insight and business improvements to the organisation and to strengthen the understanding of our customers across the Transport for London (TfL) network. This contract ensures that customer needs are discussed at the highest levels within the organisation and provides focus that customer requirements are considered in all decisions that TfL makes.
