The Consultant will assemble a multi-disciplinary team to:
| - | deliver a planning and transport assessment of a proposed development. |
| - | advise on the achievability of a DMRB compliant design for direct access from A3. |
| - | engage with specialists, both within NH, Valuation Officer Agency (VOA) and externally, in assembling and justifying evidence to support findings. |
| - | support the Client in its handling of this claim and any defence though the Lands Tribunal process, as required. |
