WP12.4.1 - Installation of primary steel framework, installation of steel sub frames, cladding tracking systems, firestops, insulation, retail doors and glazing panels for retail units within the station SAB areas.
| 1.1.1.1 | Scope: For a Subcontractor to fabricate, manufacture, and install fibre cement cladding, internal glazing and smoke downstands, and all internal structural steelwork to support the internal cladding and glazing scope to front of house and station concourse areas. The scope also to include overclad doors, skirtings trims and architectural finished louvres. Note the HS2 station internal artwork cladding panels provided by others. |
| 1.1.1.2 | The Contractor will issue a detailed design for pricing as part of the Invitation to Tender. The Subcontractor will develop the design and coordinate the interfaces of the works, ensuring it is compliant and accepted by the Project Manager prior to commencement of works. |
