WP15 Final highways scope
The OOC Lane realignment & Final highways scope package consists of:
Removal of all existing highway surfacing and street furniture (is there any to be retained / relocated or does it include disposal?)
Installation of any temporary critical highway furniture (e.g. Street Lighting, Barriers) required to carry out the works
Requirement to maintain a 2m wide footpath to be used by the public throughout the construction of the package, the subcontractor is to include the installation and maintenance of this public footpath, and relocation as required to suit the construction sequence.
The excavation of the existing highway down to final formation level, and any other necessary levels required to enable temporary works or sequencing
All temporary works required for the construction of the works, including any access requirements
Assessments to structures, utilities, properties, which may be affected by the works, as required to satisfy client, Contractor and/or 3rd parties requirements
Removal and disposal of all current utilities in the highway.
Installation of OOC Lane footpath retention structures
Installation of any other required Highway Civils
Installation of all highway and foul drainage
Installation of UKPN 132kV & 33kV duct routes, inclusive of any tunnel / subterranean system and the required temporary works
The removal of any installed temporary works and the construction of the highway
The installation of all highway furniture and its required infrastructure (traffic lights incl of ducting, islands, street lighting incl of ducting etc)
Removal of temporary works installed by others to facilitate utility connections at the north and south end of the
