Norwich City Council require a consultant to provide an engineering design service to assess the feasibility and subsequently provide the detailed design for stabilising an existing river frontage and the provision of a cycle and pedestrian route which will form part of the riverside walk in Norwich. The aim of this commission is to secure a planning approval for the work by autumn 2016.
