Dream Home Swansea is seeking to appoint a development and management partner to work alongside ourselves and the professional team throughout the planning, design, construction and occupation phases of a new supported living scheme in Swansea, South Wales, using a community led housing approach.The concept of Dream Home Swansea (DHS) originated from local parents and carers recognising the significant lack of opportunities for young people (YP) with learning disabilities (LD) to transition from home into supported living.
