Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant or organisation to undertake an a comprehensive evaluation and feasibility study of the Project Bridges and Safe Spaces (Project BASS).The study aims to measure the impact of the project on reducing knife crime, serious violence, and anti-social behaviour (ASB) among young people in Ceredigion. Additionally, the study will evaluate improvements in mental wellbeing, resilience, and community engagement among participants.
