The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) sought services to undertake the RIBA Stage 2 Design Peer review for the British High Commission project in Suva, Fiji.
Seven suppliers were invited to submit quotations for provision of the abovementioned service. The procurement was conducted as a below-threshold competitive quotation exercise with evaluation taken on a like-for-like basis against the project requirements, including programme compliance and fee proposal. The contract was awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest compliant quotation.
