The Welsh Government will commission questions related to public attitudes to council tax to be included in two waves of the Wales Omnibus survey carried out by Beaufort Research, held in March and September 2025. The Welsh Government will also be provided with analytical output of the survey responses by the contractor. The results of the survey will be published in a report that will be used to inform future policy decisions on reform relating to the Programme for Government commitment to make council tax fairer.
