description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission a 2026 Social Attitudes Survey vehicle (the “2026 Survey”) to fulfil a requirement for high level, robust quantitative time series data on social attitudes in Scotland, including on how the public in Scotland views government. The contractor will deliver the Social Attitudes Survey ‘Core Module’ in accordance with previous methodology.Optionally, contractors may also choose to tender for the opportunity to deliver the Social Attitudes Survey Intra-Household Distribution Module as part of the same bid, alongside the Core Module. This module will deliver primary quantitative research to measure changes in attitudes and experiences of intra-household resource distribution. This work will assist in meeting commitments within the updated Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan Evaluation Strategy and will also provide updated data for the Scottish Gender Equality Index.
