Core Valley Lines - Cwmbach Drainage Renewal

Requirements are to construct a new access chamber to an existing culvert to allow future inspection and maintenance of said culvert from Transport for Wales’s (TfW) land. The inspection chamber will also have an outfall to an overflow system during peak events. As part of the works, a channel will be cut from the inspection chamber to an existing culvert over a distance of ~175m, through an area impacted by Invasive Non Native Species and fly-tipped wastes.
