Health and Safety Training

ClwydAlyn employ over 750 staff in a variety of roles from frontline resident facing roles, property development, maintenance & repairs, to back office support staff.Currently we deliver compliance e-learning via our inhouse learning management system (LMS) but we still have a need for other core compliance and Health & Safety to be delivered face to face or virtually online which we would usually source from external training market.At the start of April each year, we aim to issue staff with an annual plan of training dates for the year ahead, publish on our Learning Management System to allow staff to book on and manage their own training.ClwydAlyn is seeking a preferred training provider or panel of 2-3 training providers who are able to deliver training and deliver training in line with our values of Hope, Trust and Kindness and through working closely with ourselves get to know our business to offer the best training solutions to address our needs.We are looking for providers who will be able to meet our core compliance and H&S training requirements.We will need a ‘go to’ contact or on online booking platform between Monday – Friday to be able to arrange training sessions with ease.We value quality learner experience; one which is inclusive, engaging, interactive, relevant to our business needs and prefer accredited content where applicable in line with industry standards.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137130.
