Estates Strategy

Cardiff and Vale College embarked on an Estate Strategy in 2011 which is nearing the end of its delivery. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:- Apprenticeships- Employing the long term unemployed- Buying from the third sector including supported businesses where possible.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
