Cardiff and Vale College embarked on an Estate Strategy in 2011 which is nearing the end of its delivery. By 2026 the current estate strategy will have expired following the completion of Priority 2 in delivering new campuses within the Vale of Glamorgan. CAVC Group are now seeking to appoint a specialised Consultant to prepare a new Estate Strategy for the College Group for the next 10 years – 2024 to 2034. The Consultant must have a provable track record of analysing the complexities of estate facilities and writing feasible estate strategies.
