- The proposed overview of requirements is:a. Audit Wales wishes to work in partnership with a supplier toassess employee engagement and employee experience.b. The supplier will provide expert advice on the design of regular,flexible, focussed and impactful surveys that cover the themes ofthe Civil Service People Survey. The successful company woulddevelop a set of explanatory notes that assist people tounderstand what they are being asked about in each question tohelp them determine an appropriate response and rating.c. That the approach to monitoring employee engagement andexperience across the themes in the CSPS provides continuity andconsistency with previous years and comparable organisations.This may mean importing the same questions for engagement fromthe CSPS for consistency. The supplier would advise us on thebest ways of benchmarking with other organisations and betweenyears.d. Reporting will provide tailored feedback reports at appropriatelevels as well as a whole organisation positione. Relevant and up to date benchmarking information will beavailable plus access to advice on best practice solutions.f.
