description
We now have an exciting opportunity to increase the awareness, engagement with, and impact of our support for using research and data and supporting innovation and improvement.Despite the growth in our activity, our research tells us that, while people are enthusiastic about us taking a lead ‘convenor’ role, their perception remains of us as primarily a regulator and an issuer of rules and guidelines. Underpinning the requirements below is a need to help us shift this perception. We are looking for a partner with expertise and a track record in working on complex marketing and communications strategies with a range of individuals we aim to support, their different levels of engagement, and a wide variety of partnerships. We require a supplier to:1. Develop a marketing and communications approach for our innovation, improvement, research and data offer:-- raises the profile of our work, to encourage participation and broaden our support, and to ensure a good return on the significant investment in this area- promotes a coherent, integrated offer- supports the objectives in the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan and promotes equality, diversity and inclusivity- supports how we work in treating the Welsh and English languages equally- reflects accessibility requirements and compliance against the WCAG accessibility standards (WCAG)2. Develop digital content and marketing collateral:-- develop accessible and bilingual digital content for the initial launch of our offer for our website, community platform and social media- support and work with us to develop digital content, including blogs, web content and social media posts, that meets expected standards** Please download the ITT for further details and information**
