IT Support Services

The Commissioner wishes to appoint a supplier to deliver IT Support Services in accordance with the Background set out in section 3 and Requirements as set out in section 4 of the attached specification.Broadly, the contribution and responsibility of the supplier under this contract is to:-Support the IT Officer at their request .e.g. where the IT Officer has not been able to resolve level 0, 1, 2 issues;-Provide IT support for issues at level 3 and 4;-Assist the organisation by maintaining all IT services of the organisation by deputising during the absence of the IT Officer (e.g. holiday and sickness periods)-Maintain the general IT environment ensuring its security and currency;-Offer consultancy, advice and guidance on developments and updates and to lead and support on change requests and projects where required.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=123705.
