description
The Development Bank of Wales (‘DBW’) is inviting tenders for the provision of an online knowledge retention tool to provide compliance training across the organisation. It should utilise artificial intelligence to continually assess our employees by way of daily questions and should automatically identify and address knowledge gaps. Training content needs to be bespoke and will be provided by DBW. The tool should also produce a readily available full suite of data and downloadable reports to keep the business fully appraised of performance at individual, team and organisation level. This data must also provide acceptable evidence for audit purposes.
