description
DBW is seeking to procure a Supplier to provide an independent House Price Index (“HPI”) forecast data spanning twenty five (25) years for the Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd (“HtBW”) Scheme. This data is a key input for valuing the HtBW loan portfolio and the valuation is one of DBW’s key audit matters. The Fair Value Model is highly sensitive to HPI data and therefore it is vital that the data that goes into the Model is reputable and can stand up to external audit scrutiny.Full details of the service required can be found within the Invitation to Tender.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
