Award of Filming Call-off Contract 2018-2020

Contract award for film and video production for Social Care Wales. The main purpose of films will be to raise the profile of projects that improve awareness and profile of the social care and child care sectors.It is likely that we will require the following:- Films that tell first-hand accounts of people who work in the sector and those using care services- Filming at live events- Filming interviewsThe successful Supplier will need to able to deliver the following for the period of the contract:- Demonstrate creativity in fulfilling the brief- Be willing to travel around Wales to film- Once given express permission; schedule filming with our contacts or partners directly- Come up with ideas to improve each film’s impact in effectively communicating its message- Create graphics or similar for videos- Create video infographics- Produce different versions of each film for different purposes; eg different call to action / close, different length for social media vs event use- Respond to ad hoc requests to provide stills from filmsFor further information and details of the call-off contract, please download the specification.
