Marine directorate require a supplier to set-up and run a collection point where end-of-life aquaculture and fishing gear can be brought for pre-processing ahead of recycling. The supplier will also be required to provide a full service for the receipt, cleaning, drying, dismantling and sorting of gear that is free to access by users.
