City of Glasgow College is preparing to re-tender its Events Equipment and Services contract, which includes the hire of AV and staging equipment along with the provision of technical staff.
The contract will support a wide range of events delivered across the College’s City and Riverside Campuses, as well as at external venues in Glasgow, including key occasions such as graduation ceremonies. Events will vary in scale from small internal functions to large institutional events requiring full technical production support, with a need for a flexible and responsive service throughout the academic year.
