This contract Is a measured term contract spanning over a 3 year period to upgrade the Secure Door Entry systems and install CCTV systems works will be Instructed through a tendered schedule of rates and project managed by the housing Investment team.
Contract also encompasses common close painting and refurbishment , upgrade to Internal and external electrics and lighting.
