Clackmannanshire Council invites tenders for the provision of professional marketing and promotional services to support Sport & Leisure facilities and programmes, including the forthcoming Wellbeing Hub. The contract will deliver a comprehensive rebrand and enhancement of promotional activity, ensuring a consistent, high quality and commercially focused approach across all services.The successful supplier will be responsible for planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns; producing high quality digital and printed content; and developing clear, compelling promotional copy and messaging. All outputs will be designed as scalable, reusable assets to maximise return on investment, ensure brand consistency, and enable internal teams to efficiently promote activities, increase engagement and drive participation.This contract will support increased awareness and uptake of sport, leisure and Wellbeing Hub services, contribute to improved health and wellbeing outcomes, and strengthen the long term commercial sustainability of provision.Service delivery requirements, but not limited to:• Delivery of a comprehensive rebrand and improvement of marketing and promotional services across all Sport & Leisure facilities and programmes, including the Wellbeing Hub.• Plan, design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial and participation objectives.• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns reflect service priorities and local community needs.• Production of high quality digital content, including graphics, imagery and messaging suitable for websites, social media and email communications.• Design printed materials such as posters, flyers and promotional templates.• Marketing assets must be created as reusable, editable templates to support ongoing use by internal teams.• Development of clear, consistent promotional copy and messaging aligned to brand guidelines.• Ensure brand consistency across all facilities, programmes and communication channels.• Marketing materials must be accessible and inclusive, meeting relevant accessibility standards.• Campaigns should support equality of access and promote participation among under represented groups.
