The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses of the Transport Just Transition Plan, which was published on 24 February 2025. The overall aim of the contract is to provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to the written consultation and a series of planned consultation engagement sessions, to inform ongoing policy development.
