description
As part of the initial 2-year Delivery Plan for our Dementia Strategy, we have identified as a key deliverable an evaluation of the Brain Health Service to help inform next steps. The aim of the evaluation is to comprehensively assess how well the service is working and achieving its outcomes - i.e. a combined process and outcome evaluation to support learning and inform service development and change. The results of this evaluation will provide an evidence base to support decision making in respect of any modifications recommended of the Service model, as well as evidence its efficacy and the potential for adoption elsewhere, including to other areas and settings.
