description

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry is investigating the COVID-19 pandemic in Scotland. The Inquiry will establish the facts of the devolved strategic response to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to identify what lessons can be learned for the future. The Inquiry’s listening project (working title) is a Scotland-wide public engagement and participation campaign, which will allow people to engage with the Inquiry by sharing their lived experiences in relation to the Inquiry’s Terms of Reference. The listening project aims to widen public participation in the Inquiry by providing an opportunity to capture insights and information from individuals and groups that would otherwise be unable, or unwilling, to attend an oral hearing. The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry seeks to appoint an agency to carry out a programme of media buying to help raise awareness of the listening project’s activities, both in advance of and during its core engagement period of Spring-Autumn 2023.
