description
This contract is for the delivery, primarily, of our Energy Performance Certificate renewal programme, along with the delivery of our rolling stock condition survey requirements. Fife Housing Group report to the Scottish Housing Regulator on 2,469 self-contained properties annually. In addition to this figure we have a growing stock (51 at present) of mid-market rent properties that will also require surveying as part of this contract.
